1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website, Client Portal, ConfuseAI, Second Opinion, OneRelationship and other services provided by ClarityBridge Private Limited (formerly known as ClarityBridge Solutions Private Limited), CIN: U82990JK2026PTC019219. By creating an account, accepting these Terms, purchasing or using an applicable service or otherwise using ClarityBridge where legally appropriate, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. About ClarityBridge
ClarityBridge is a decision-support, relationship-management and service platform designed to help customers better organise information, understand important decisions, obtain appropriate assistance and coordinate services across areas including insurance, investments, financial decisions and travel.
ClarityBridge's precise role may differ according to the product, service, transaction and applicable regulatory framework. Merely displaying information concerning an insurance policy, investment, financial product, hotel, airline, travel service or another third-party product does not make ClarityBridge its issuer or provider.
3. Customer Accounts
Customers must provide information that is accurate to the best of their knowledge. You are responsible for maintaining control over your registered mobile number, email, device and authentication mechanisms. You should promptly inform ClarityBridge if you believe your account has been accessed without authority.
4. Relationship Records
A "Relationship Record" is a distinct master record maintained within ClarityBridge for an insurance policy, investment holding/product, trip/package or another supported relationship.
One new master record equals one relationship. Supporting documents do not independently increase the relationship count.
For example, one health policy together with its policy schedule, premium receipt and endorsement remains one relationship, not three or four. Similarly, documents subsequently added to an existing investment or trip normally remain associated with that relationship.
ClarityBridge may use appropriate controls to prevent duplicates or artificial deletion/recreation intended to circumvent applicable relationship limits.
5. Five Complimentary Relationships
Eligible self-registered customers may maintain their first five Relationship Records on a complimentary basis, subject to reasonable security, storage and fair-use restrictions.
These complimentary relationships allow customers to experience ClarityBridge before deciding whether to establish a broader ongoing relationship. You do not need to use all five complimentary relationships before purchasing OneRelationship.
OneRelationship may be activated at any stage of the customer journey, including before the first Relationship Record is added. A customer who has not activated an expanded entitlement may be required to activate OneRelationship before creating relationship number six.
6. OneRelationship
OneRelationship is ClarityBridge's annual relationship-access service.
For the current V1 offering, the annual price is ₹5,555, when presented through the applicable authenticated customer journey. ClarityBridge is not required to publish this price on its public website.
OneRelationship can be purchased voluntarily at any time; reaching five relationships is not a prerequisite. During an active OneRelationship period, the standard five-record commercial restriction is removed, subject to reasonable fair-use, storage, technical, security and legal limitations.
OneRelationship does not mean that ClarityBridge sold, advised upon or services every product recorded within the customer's account.
7. ClarityBridge Customer Entitlements
ClarityBridge may provide OneRelationship or equivalent expanded relationship access as a benefit associated with an eligible product or service obtained through ClarityBridge. Eligibility and duration may depend upon the relevant customer relationship and the applicable offer or service terms.
Where OneRelationship access is granted as a benefit rather than separately purchased for ₹5,555, no separate ₹5,555 payment receipt will be issued because that amount was not separately collected.
8. Payment and Activation
Where OneRelationship is purchased directly, ClarityBridge may provide an authorised UPI QR or another approved payment method. Customers may be requested to provide payment proof, payment date and UTR/reference.
Uploading payment proof does not itself constitute verification or activation. Payment remains pending until verified by an authorised ClarityBridge representative.
Once payment is verified and approved, ClarityBridge may activate the applicable entitlement; record the payment; generate a receipt/acknowledgement; generate a welcome communication; make relevant documents available through the Client Portal; and send applicable confirmation communications.
Customers must never provide their UPI PIN, internet-banking password or other secret authentication credentials to ClarityBridge merely for payment verification.
9. Validity and Renewal
Paid OneRelationship access is valid for the applicable annual period communicated at activation. The customer's activation and expiry/renewal dates should be available through the applicable account or communication. Renewal is subject to the price, terms and features applicable at the time of renewal.
10. Information and Documents
Customers may add products or relationships obtained either through ClarityBridge or elsewhere. You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to provide any uploaded document.
ClarityBridge may use document-assisted extraction to make record creation easier. Automated extraction may make mistakes. Where a review-and-confirm process is provided, customers should review extracted values and amend incorrect information before confirming them.
11. External Products and Relationships
Recording an externally acquired policy, investment, financial product or trip within ClarityBridge does not transfer the underlying contract to ClarityBridge. It also does not automatically appoint ClarityBridge as adviser, intermediary, distributor, servicing agent or representative for that product.
ClarityBridge may nevertheless provide available Second Opinion, information, coordination or other support where legally and operationally appropriate.
12. ConfuseAI
ConfuseAI is ClarityBridge's AI-assisted information, engagement and decision-support capability. It can help customers understand questions, organise decisions, identify considerations, compare relevant dimensions and determine when additional information or ClarityBridge assistance may be useful.
Artificial-intelligence systems can make mistakes. ConfuseAI responses therefore must not be regarded as guaranteed, error-free or as contractual representations, policy wording, assured returns, live quotations, booking confirmations or authoritative third-party documentation.
13. Authenticated ConfuseAI
When a customer uses ConfuseAI while authenticated, it may use authorised structured information contained in that customer's ClarityBridge relationship. This allows questions such as upcoming renewal dates or recorded relationships to be answered where the required information is actually held by ClarityBridge.
ConfuseAI must not be assumed to know information that ClarityBridge does not hold. Its authenticated access does not imply unrestricted access to all raw documents or external accounts.
14. Second Opinion
Second Opinion allows customers to obtain another perspective concerning an important decision, product, proposal, document or situation. The nature and depth of a Second Opinion may depend upon available information, complexity, applicable regulation and whether AI-assisted or human review is appropriate.
A Second Opinion does not amend the terms of an underlying contract and cannot guarantee any financial, insurance, investment, travel or other outcome.
15. Insurance
Insurance products are issued by their respective insurers and remain governed by the insurer's policy wording, underwriting, exclusions, waiting periods, terms and claims processes. Information displayed or discussed through ClarityBridge cannot override an issued insurance contract.
Insurance-related activities undertaken by ClarityBridge will remain subject to applicable legal, regulatory and distribution requirements.
16. Investments and Financial Information
Investment values and market-linked returns may rise or fall. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Unless specifically identified as live information obtained through an appropriate authoritative source or integration, values displayed in ClarityBridge should be treated as recorded values, potentially as of a specified date.
Nothing on the platform should be interpreted as representing ClarityBridge Private Limited as a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser unless and until such status is expressly held and communicated. Investment-related distribution or facilitation will be undertaken only within applicable registrations, authorisations and permitted arrangements.
17. Travel
Travel arrangements may depend upon airlines, hotels, destination-management companies, transport operators and other independent providers. Prices, schedules, availability, entry requirements and supplier terms can change.
General travel information supplied by ConfuseAI or the website is not itself a confirmed booking. A booking should be regarded as confirmed only when appropriately confirmed through the applicable ClarityBridge/service-provider process.
18. Notifications and Reminders
ClarityBridge may provide reminders relating to premiums, renewals, payments, reviews, trips, documents or other important dates. These are convenience features.
Customers remain responsible for complying with contractual obligations and important dates relating to their products and services. Failure, delay or error in a reminder does not change an underlying contractual obligation.
19. Appropriate Use
Customers must not attempt to access another customer's information; upload information they have no authority to provide; upload malicious or unlawful material; circumvent entitlement or security controls; manipulate payment evidence; impersonate another person; interfere with ClarityBridge systems; or use ClarityBridge for unlawful purposes.
20. Service Availability
ClarityBridge aims to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security events, internet failures, third-party infrastructure or other circumstances may temporarily affect functionality. Services and functionality may evolve over time.
21. Intellectual Property
The ClarityBridge name, brand, software, original content, platform design and proprietary workflows belong to ClarityBridge or applicable licensors. Customer-uploaded documents remain subject to their respective ownership rights.
By uploading a document, you authorise ClarityBridge to store and process it to the extent reasonably necessary to provide, secure and operate the requested services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
22. Suspension and Restriction
ClarityBridge may reasonably restrict or suspend access because of suspected fraud, security concerns, unlawful activity, manipulated payment evidence, abuse, material breach of these Terms or applicable legal/regulatory requirements. Where appropriate and reasonably possible, customers may be given information or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
23. Third-Party Products and Responsibility
Third-party products remain the responsibility of their respective issuers and providers. ClarityBridge cannot guarantee an insurer's claims decision, investment return, airline/hotel availability, supplier performance or another outcome outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
24. Cancellation and Refunds
For OneRelationship purchased directly from ClarityBridge, any cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms communicated at the time of purchase.
Once OneRelationship has been activated following verified payment and digital access/services have commenced, the annual access fee will ordinarily be non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law, a duplicate/erroneous payment has occurred, or ClarityBridge determines that a refund is appropriate because the service could not be activated or materially provided.
Nothing in this clause limits statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
25. Changes to Services and Terms
ClarityBridge may update its services and these Terms as the platform develops or legal/regulatory requirements change. Material changes may be communicated through the website, Client Portal, registered email or another appropriate channel. Where appropriate, renewed acknowledgement may be requested.
26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and other mandatory legal rights concerning jurisdiction, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts at Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
